What is the difference between Rejuran Healer and Rejuran S?

Both Rejuran S and Rejuran Healer are made of polynucleotides (PN), which stimulate the creation of fibroblasts and collagen to increase the growth of skin cells. DNA fragments called polyneucleotide chains help to stimulate collagen production and heal injured dermal (skin) cells.

Rejuran S is more concentrated and has a viscous viscosity compared to Rejuran Healer; these characteristics make Rejuran S particularly well-suited for treating acne scars.

How does Rejuran S work to treat acne scars, and how does it do so?

Deep inflammation and cyst production with scarring are the causes of acne scars. The skin will attempt to mend itself by manufacturing collagen to replace the collagen fibers that have been damaged after inflammation and injury caused by acne. In some circumstances, adequate healing may not take place and may instead result in the formation of twisted bands between the skin and the SMAS layer. As a result, the skin may change shape, be dragged downward, sink in, or both, leaving a deep, pitted scar.

Rejuran S promotes collagen production and skin structure mending, which lessens the visibility of acne scarring. Rejuran S has a more viscous and gel-like texture than Rejuran Healer, and it fills in sunken scars like a filler while also repairing the dermis of the skin with its renewing characteristics.

WILL THERE BE DOWNTIME?

Rejuran S injections under the skin with a subcision has a downtime of about 2 – 3 days of small injection marks. Occasionally, mild bruising can also occur with deeper subcisions.

 Rejuran S treatment can have downtime of 3-5 days depending on the energy settings used, and might be accompanied with some redness and slight scabbing as the skin resurfaces itself.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET REJURAN S DONE?

3-4 treatments are recommended for acne scarring treatment with the Rejuran S, each done one month apart.
